Here's to a beautiful beginning!

Hello everyone! My name is Donaciano C. Sandoval, and I started my company hoping to serve as many people as possible with service that far surpasses expectations. I have 10+ years of experience in the industry ranging from household HVAC systems, to commercial and transportation refrigeration for warehouses and delivery trucks, to industrial chillers and boilers for massive facilities. I have a solid range of experience across the industry, yet there is still always more to learn. No one will ever become all knowing in anything because there is infinite amount of knowledge in our world. Breakthroughs waiting to happen, lost knowledge uncovered from times past. There is always room for learning more. A great quote from the ancient philosopher Epictetus, “It is impossible for a man to learn what he thinks he already knows.”

Many advocated against me starting my own company telling me that it was going to be too difficult, and that I wouldn't have any time for it. That I should stay in a job, and be expected to just accept life for what it is, and not strive for more. There is a mentor of mine that I have in high regards; his name is Patrick Bet-David. The video he posted a few years back called The Battle of Every Entrepreneur- "Good Voice, Bad Voice" brings me to tears every time I listen to it because that is exactly what goes on in my mind. Having one side tell me I should be afraid of letting go of the job I've worked so hard to get to, to start a company that may or may not fail; while having the other voice tell me that I can do this, and I can be a conduit for good by having the ability to help as many people as I can. Whether that be through means of education, or financial aid. That vision is what gave me the fire to ignore the other voice creating distress, and fear in my mind. To cast down all the people telling me I am wrong for pursuing this venture, and not sharing the belief of building something great!

The vision I have for the future of this company stems from many places. The example that stands out the most is when I worked as an engineer for a produce company. The CEO is one of the most kindest men I've ever met in my life. He provided a more than exceptional wage for his workers when the going market rate is way below what he pays. He provides a company vehicle, with all gas paid for, maintenance all covered in house, for people loyal to the company. Three weeks worth of vacation as standard every year for every employee after one year of service, with a week of sick time that all resets every year. The biggest thing that shines the most to me is the fact that he allows his employees to take as many vegetables and fruits as they need for their families at no charge. He's helped so many people not just within his company, but many of his clientele as well. This ability he has now, comes from the success of the business that his father, and mother built. He's forever changed his family tree because he had the determination to take what his parents built further than what many thought imaginable. That is the ability I want to have for this company. To be able to truly help as many people as possible.

I see myself being next in line for my family to go even further than those before me. Coming from a family of immigrants, and being a part of the first born generation, I see it as my duty to earn the freedom that I was given by their sacrifices. To bring a great deal of recognition to my family name. To you the reader, I hope to provide you with a service that far surpasses your expectations. That is my promise to you!
